We deliver high-quality web apps, mobile apps, full-stack platforms, and generative AI solutions for startups, SMBs, and enterprises. We are expanding into the U.S. market and seeking entrepreneurial developers who can act as the client-facing lead while Intelimasters delivers the technical execution behind the scenes.

The Role

We are looking for U.S.-based developers who want to operate as independent freelancers in front of clients while partnering with Intelimasters LLC for actual delivery. You will represent yourself as a solo developer to clients, handle interviews, and sign contracts directly. Behind the scenes, Intelimasters provides full engineering support to deliver the work. You retain control of the client relationship while Intelimasters ensures execution quality.

To maintain clarity and protect both sides, all work will be governed by documented agreements, including:

• White-label subcontractor agreement (Intelimasters commits to remain invisible to clients).
• Revenue-share documentation (your margin, Intelimasters’ share).
• IP ownership transfer agreement (all work produced is delivered under your name).
• Non-circumvention NDA (Intelimasters cannot bypass you to approach your clients).

Key Responsibilities

• Secure client projects under your name as a U.S.-based solo developer.
• Handle all client-facing interviews, proposals, and communication.
• Subcontract work to Intelimasters LLC and oversee smooth project flow
• Act as the bridge between client expectations and Intelimasters’ delivery.
• Uphold the trust, transparency, and reliability expected of an independent U.S. developer.

Qualifications

• Based in the U.S. with work authorization.
• Strong technical background in software development (web, mobile, or full-stack).
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
• Entrepreneurial and independent comfortable operating as a “business within a business.”
• Prior freelance or client acquisition experience is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Revenue Share: Keep 20–30% margin on every project you bring in.
• Uncapped Earnings: The more projects you land, the more you earn
• Fully Remote: Operate from anywhere in the U.S.
